About Me

I founded My Florida Transaction Coordinator as a culmination of over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. I obtained my Florida Real Estate license in 2012 and began working as a Keller Williams agent. I was eager to expand my knowledge and experience so in 2014 I decided to sit for my Mortgage license and then my Community Association Manager license. Having a baseline knowledge in these related fields has helped me understand all sides of a real estate transaction and anticipate issues that may arise and deal with them before they happen. Prior to starting My Florida Transaction Coordinator, I worked as an Administrative Assistant to a very busy top agent. During this time I coordinated deals for hundreds of satisfied buyers and sellers and became an expert in the behind the scenes. In 2020 I began to offer my services independently. Since then I have dedicated tremendous time and energy toward building and implementing a transaction management system which guarantees each transaction runs smoothly from start to finish and delivers a high level of efficiency and customer service. My meticulous attention to detail, tireless work ethic, and intimate knowledge of the procedures and practices involved in real estate transactions make me a great asset to your team. I strive to model professionalism and knowledge in everything I do.
